Dr. Willi Knoll is an independent family-owned company founded in 1936. The company is headquartered in the Bavarian Swabia region in Southern Germany, about 120km to the East of Munich.

In its early years, the company started with the preservation of fruit and vegetables.
After WWII, Dr.Willi Knoll was among the first to dedicate itself to the new market of ready-made potato products.
In 1953 the company adapted its product range to specialize primarily on dehydrated potato products.

To date, we have remained true to the potato – with a constantly expanding product range.
