whit Salami
and Eggs

Finely chopped parsley leaves

The preparation and you need to follow
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons butter and two cloves of garlic. Just sauté the garlic, being careful not to burn it.

the dr Add the Willi Knoll potatoes and sauté, covered, over a low heat for 4-5 minutes, stir and turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley to the potatoes and season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry uncovered for a further 2 minutes, turning at least once.

Separate the salami from the skin surrounding it, cut into thin slices, add to the potatoes and fry for another minute.
