Roast Potato

whit Salami

and Eggs

Roast potatoes from Dr. Willi Knoll

Olive oil

Butter

Garlic cloves

Finely chopped parsley leaves

Salt

Pepper

Eggs

Salami cut into rings

The preparation and you need to follow

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons butter and two cloves of garlic. Just sauté the garlic, being careful not to burn it.

the dr Add the Willi Knoll potatoes and sauté, covered, over a low heat for 4-5 minutes, stir and turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped parsley to the potatoes and season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry uncovered for a further 2 minutes, turning at least once.

Separate the salami from the skin surrounding it, cut into thin slices, add to the potatoes and fry for another minute.

...add the eggs, salt and pepper and sauté over medium-high heat until the egg whites turn dull white.

Mix the fried potatoes with the eggs and serve immediately.
