Fried Potatoes

Bratkartoffeln mit Speck und Ei

What began in the early 1950s with dumplings and potato pancakes has now developed into a handsome range of over 30 individual products. Dr. Willi Knoll fried potatoes are easy to prepare and are suitable as a side dish or as a main course. Dr. Knoll roast potatoes have a long shelf life and can easily be stored at ambient temperature.

Open the bag and knead gently to loosen the contents. Heat a little oil in a coated frying pan over medium heat. Spread the contents of the bag evenly in the pan. Fry over a medium heat for approx. 4-5 minutes. Turn the fried potatoes and fry for another 4-5 minutes until golden.
